Divorce for Men Only – Limited Services & Mediation

Divorce for Men Only very much favors and promotes avoiding the court system by dealing with divorce in “Attorney Mediation” or “Collaborative Divorce.”

In Attorney Mediation, both parties meet together with one attorney who remains neutral in assisting them in the resolution of divorce issues (financial, kids, etc).  However, the attorney mediator cannot give individual guidance or advice.  This is where a consulting attorney comes in; with whom a party can meet privately to discuss their issues, benefit from our creative solutions and be better prepared for the mediation sessions.  We enthusiastically offer consulting attorney services to promote the use of alternatives to the court system.

Collaborative Divorce is more expansive than Attorney Mediation; involving several other professionals to assist in the financial and emotional aspects of divorce.  Similarly, some clients opt for a private attorney of their own.
